WHAT DO I OFFER?

As an integrative therapist I have trained apply a number of psychological theories and practical approaches to counselling. These include person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt, transactional analysis, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and others. Integrative therapy means being flexible in approach based on what the client wants and needs most at the time. We can discuss any questions you might have. These are all underpinned by key conditions essential for a good experience of therapy, including:
